Join us for an evening of learning and questions with Anu Weir, Frances Tague + Dr Nancy Broomer as they share their knowledge to empower you through perimenopause and menopause.

Anu Weir is a personal trainer specializing in strength training for perimenopause. she's a ph360 endorsed health coach, author and a mother of three. having recently completed Dr Stacy Sims' menopause course, Anu is excited to share her knowledge and help women thrive during perimenopause and beyond.

Frances Tague has been working as a Physiotherapist for the last 27 years; but developed a specific interest in Pelvic Health when on her own journey to start her family 18 years ago. Fran offers comprehensive assessment and advanced treatment programmes through her practice – Inner Health Physio – in all areas of pelvic health; optimising continence, addressing prolapse issues, pelvic pain or sexual dysfunction. Fran is passionate about helping women navigate the physical changes during the different stages of their lives.

Dr Nancy Broomer will be sharing on how your GP can save your sanity with medicines for menopause.
