Prices in this store are in New Zealand Dollars, and are displayed exclusive of GST (New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%) until Checkout.
To avoid disappointment for birthdays and special occasions please allow for time differences around the world when ordering (New Zealand is 12 hours ahead of GMT).
CONSUMER GUARANTEE ACT
All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.
If you wish to return goods we request that they are returned in the same condition that they were dispatched, and in their original packaging. Please include the delivery slip and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
If for some reason a product is not available we will substitute an item of equal or greater value. We will advise you by email or fax if this occurs.

When you browse the Capers website, you are able to do so anonymously. We don’t collect personal information when you browse — not even your email address. Your browser, however, does automatically tell us the type of computer and operating system you are using.

When you place items into a virtual Shopcart we use temporary cookies to save those items and transfer them to a database when you go to our Checkout pages. We use an Opt-in process for our ShopCart
