Capers signature chocolate cake is a delectably moist velvety cake infused with chocolate syrup and coated in a couverture chocolate ganache. Add specialty candles, chocolate shards and funky decorative trims for both adults and children's birthdays, congratulations, thank yous, anniversaries or when the mood simply takes you. Cakes are 26cm in size, come uncut and can serve between 14 - 18 guests.
Tarts and Cheesecakes also come uncut and can serve between 12 - 14 guests.
